Welcome, thank you for taking a few moments to check out my site which celebrates growing and learning by pushing my own perceived limits and seeing what’s truly possible when you find ‘Flow’.I’m a Global entrepreneur, investor, author, consultant, connector and philanthropist passionate about being my best and most authentic self to uplift humanity and create a positive, peaceful and sustainable world.
I’ve been blessed to have worked, traveled and lived across the world (90 countries and counting) and learn and grow from both “official” mentors in the work place, in academic classrooms, in seminar rooms and in ashrams/retreats but perhaps some of my most influential ‘growing/learning’ has been from so called “unofficial” and certainly, much less well known mentors; observing others, experiencing and absorbing experiences on my travels far and wide and then, on my own doorstop. I am so grateful for each of every one of you. Thank you.
And then finally, growth by simply pushing myself. Pushing beyond my perceived limits to grow and expand through mental and physical challenges, adventures and expeditions. Since a young age growing up in rural English countryside between Dartmoor and Exmoor, I’ve always been curious of “what’s over the horizon” and this question has led me to some amazing places, meeting awesome people and creating and sharing truly magical experiences in a quest to find out what’s possible.
I’ve learnt so much about myself when faced with another mountain pass to cycle up in the Andes when daylight went hours ago, the Government has declared a National State of Emergency due to Tropical Storms I am cycling through and then my rear tyre decides to goes flat or the time I was on night watch on a 60ft sailing boat through a storm and I needed to ascend the top of the mast to secure the main sail and I hate heights, cold weather and lets just say I am not a naturally gifted swimmer. It is from some of these experiences that I have grown the most and been in “Flow”. Where time slows down, my senses heighten, where ‘self’ disappears, where intuition, clarity, effort and focus all come together and I feel that oneness, that connection. And that’s why I enjoy these challenges, adventure sports and expeditions. I certainly don’t do it to go from A to B.
May each of you find your ‘Flow’, embrace it and live it.
